The Sonoma County Harvest Fair is one of our favorite events every year. It's kind of the Super Bowl for the wine fans around here. All of the local wineries show off their best wines, hoping to win the coveted gold medals. It is held at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds the first Friday, Saturday and Sunday of October.

The Sonoma County Fairgrounds are super easy to get to, just take the 101 to the 12 East. Here's a map in case you get lost (you won't though.)
Even if you are just a casual wine fan, you will find lots of things to do here. They have lots of different kinds of foods being served, carnival rides, as well as live music and arts. The grape stomp is always a blast to watch or join in. They even have a giant pumpkin contest.
